Glenn Brody, RN


Our President and CEO, Glenn Brody, founded Nationalhcs in 2010 after the huge success of our sister company, Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC (PNS), which was founded in 2004. After earning his RN degree in 1995, Glenn developed an understanding of the complexities of the healthcare industry and committed to the vision of providing staffing solutions which value talented HCPs. On March 4, 2018 Nationalhcs and PNS, merged to become one great company. With the growth and excellent reputation of our companies, we have now merged to operate under one name. Our company has grown, but Glenn still believes it is important to provide customized services based on the unique needs of our clients and HCPs.

James Roberto


Our CFO, James Roberto, has worked with Nationalhcs since its inception in 2010, as well as its sister company Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC (PNS) which was formed in 2004. He has more than 20 years experience in both the healthcare and manufacturing industries. In addition, he previously worked in the public accounting arena for many years at a prestigious international accounting firm as a regional CFO. Jim also serves as the President of a residential property community association. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle University.

Nicole Randall

Nicole Randall

Director of Operations

Nicole rejoined Nationalhcs in 2016 as the Director of Operations. Previously, she worked with our sister company, Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC (PNS) for five years before relocating. At that time, she gained knowledge as an administrative assistant, staffing coordinator, healthcare recruiter, and other major interoffice areas. Nicole is originally from the DC area and attended college at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she acquired her BA in Communication Studies. She has 15+ years experience in executive management and oversees the daily operations of the company. Nicole specializes in business development, recruitment, client/healthcare professional relations, and daily operations of Nationalhcs.

Linda Chiles

Linda Chiles

Director of Regulatory Compliance

Linda joined Nationalhcs in 2012 as Director of Regulatory Compliance. Previously, she was a private business owner and brings valuable knowledge to the company. Linda is originally from Durham, NC and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained her degree in Business. Her vast knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) enabled Nationalhcs to become TJC accredited in 2017 in healthcare staffing services. Linda manages our TJC audits, regulatory compliance, RFPs, marketing, social media, TeamBuilding, website, and is writer/editor of all internal company documents.

Ian Trammell

Business Development Associate

Ian is originally from the Pacific Northwest and joined Nationalhcs in 2016. Ian’s current role is Business Development Associate. Prior, he served in the U.S. Army for over 22 years in the roles of Infantryman, Topographic Surveyor, and Recruiter. Upon retiring in October of 2015, his last duty assignment was as the Center Leader for the U.S. Army Health Care Recruiting Center in Raleigh, NC. Ian’s expertise in market research and analysis, business development, customer service, and procedures and operations are a great asset to Nationalhcs.

Valaria Perry

Sr Administrative Assistant

Valaria began working with Nationalhcs in the summer of 2017 as Administrative Assistant. She is originally from North Carolina, and studied Business Management at Wake Technical Community College. As Administrative Assistant, Valaria handles the uploading and updating of our personnel files, assists in the preparation of weekly payroll, handles scheduling of our HCPs, answers all incoming calls and routes them accordingly, and supports all staff in assigned project-based work.

Cynthia Glotzbach

Administrative Assistant

Cynthia is a native to Suriname, South America.  Having lived in North Carolina for over 26 years, she takes pride in being a “Southerner.”   Cynthia has worked in the healthcare industry for over 13 years.  She’s held positions in facilities and agencies throughout the state of North Carolina as an Activities Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator, Project Manager, and Compliance Manager.  She graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Nutrition Science.  After discovering her love for data analysis and audits as a compliance manager, Cynthia decided to attend UNC-Pembroke where she is currently pursuing a degree in Finance.  After completion of her Bachelor of Science in Finance, she plans on obtaining a Master’s in Finance.  As a member of the Nationalhcs administrative team, she will be assisting with daily operations as well as assisting our HCPs with scheduling or documentation needs.

Doria Scalise

Healthcare Recruiter

Doria is originally from North Carolina and studied at Johnston Community College.  She began working with Nationalhcs in 2018.  Doria has worked in the healthcare sector for 12 years, where she gained experience in recruiting, customer service, patient care, managing files, and customer relations. Now that she is a part of Nationalhcs Doria specializes in recruitment, management of personnel files, scheduling our HCPs, telephone coverage,  and providing support to all staff in assigned project-based work.

Kent Schwedler

Payroll, On-call Specialist

Kent is originally from the West Coast and joined the Nationalhcs team in 2016. Kent’s current role is handling the company’s payroll and assisting with the on call duties providing dedicated service to our clients and HCP’s at all hours. Kent graduated from Strayer University with a degree in Business Administration and has spent over 8 years in personnel management and business operations. Prior to that he spent four years in the Army as an Airborne Infantryman where he deployed on two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Kent’s high level of integrity, teamwork, and commitment to excellence make him a perfect fit for the Nationalhcs team.

Isabel Jamal

Isabel Jamal

On-call Specialist

Isabel is originally from North Carolina and began working with Nationalhcs in 2016. Recently, she returned to the Wilmington area where she is continuing her education at UNC Wilmington. Isabel has moved into the role of On-call Specialist where she is available after business hours to assist with any after hour needs that may arise for our active clients and HCPs.

Christine Dean, LPN

On-call Specialist

Christine has worked with Nationalhcs since its inception in 2010, and its sister company Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC (PNS) since its inception in 2004. With her 20+ years experience as a correction and behavioral health LPN, she has not only worked in the facilities but in the Nationalhcs office learning the administrative portion to better serve our clients and HCPs. Christine is currently part of our On-call Staff, available 24/7/365 to assist our active clients and HCPs with any after hour needs that may arise.

Kelly Gunn, RN, MBA

Clinical Director

Kelly attended Marquette University graduating with a BSN, and earned her MBA at Rutgers University. Kelly has 20+ years healthcare experience, including working in cardiology and neurology, as well as the corporate environment. She lives in Chicago, Illinois and worked for Prophecy Healthcare for 7 years and then APS since 2015.  Kelly serves as Clinical Director with Nationalhcs, serving as a resource for clinical questions/concerns, competency questions/issues, regulatory requirements/changes, and providing investigation, support, and counsel as needed regarding clinical issues/incidents.

Scott Wagner, MD

Clinical Director

Originally from northern Pennsylvania, Dr. Wagner moved and began practicing in Raleigh in 2003. He received a degree in neurobiology from Cornell University and graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.  Dr. Wagner serves as Clinical Director with Nationalhcs, serving as a resource for clinical questions/concerns, competency questions/issues, regulatory requirements/changes, and providing investigation, support, and counsel as needed regarding clinical issues/incidents.

Amanda Price, PhD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Amanda Price, PhD is a licensed psychologist, tailoring her approach to each client for a perfect partnership.  Dr. Price has been licensed since 2003 and in private practice since 2005.  She is a member of the North Carolina Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. Dr. Price has partnered with Nationalhcs and is available to meet with our active clients and healthcare professionals to identify any emotional, mental, and/or behavioral problems. This position monitors behavioral incidents of each HCP’s performance. In addition, Dr. Price is available to provide an in-service to our active clients every six months (those having a minimum of ten Nationalhcs HCPs actively working full-time).

Mike Perry

Perry & Brandt, Attorneys At Law (Mike Perry)

Corporate Attorney

Mike is originally from Chatham County, NC and now makes Wake Forest his home. He earned his undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill and his law degree from Campbell University. In 2009, Mike opened Michael K. Perry, Attorney, P.A. and has successfully grown to include his partner, Trevor Brandt. With 30+ years experience, Mike represents Nationalhcs as Corporate Attorney. Beginning with the formation of Professional Nursing Solutions, LLC in 2004, then Nationalhcs in 2010, and now as we have merged our companies into one, he continues to bring his knowledge and experience to represent Nationalhcs.
